Attendance

In accordance with the PCSD Board of Education Attendance Policy, each and every day a student is absent, going to be tardy or picked-up early, it is necessary to place a telephone call to the automated attendance line: (585) 267-1109 or email shs_attendance@pittsford.monroe.edu.

Students Signing In Late/ Signing Out During The School Day

When picking up or dropping off students during the regular school day, students must enter and leave through the Main Office.  An email sent, a call or a note must have been made or sent in prior to the release of your student.  School personnel cannot allow a student to leave the building without written parent/guardian permission.  Your student will meet you at the front of the school.  If you enter the building, please be prepared to show a picture ID upon entering the school.

When students return to the building they can sign themselves in. Parents/guardians do not need to sign their student in when they return to the building.
